Write the vision and make it plain…
Habakkuk 2:2 NKJV
I have been putting detailed plans to paper for quite some time now. Every year since at least undergrad, even every quarter now, to stay aligned. I have been journalling and making plans on paper longer, so long that sometimes I forget its power. I forget that placing those things on the page is not just an avenue for release, but an opportunity for alignment and therefore a gateway for manifestation.
It is not ‘magic’ and it is not the writing along that makes the plan happen. But when you take time to reflect, to search yourself, and then bring order to your thoughts on who you are and who you want to be by transferring it into written words – you are weaving things together. There are so many things that did not solidify as ideas for me until I put them on the page.
So, as it is the season for preparing and planning. As we try to set habits or refine our rituals. I urge each of us to put pen to paper and lay the plan out in the ink. Search yourself, find your desired direction, and let it flow onto the page. Then enjoy watching those words become your story.
